Sunday Roast Bison
1 Bison sirloin tip or round roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)
Generously brush oil over entire roast. Season as desired. Place roast in hot (425o) oven for 15 minutes to sear. Reduce oven heat to 300o and cook for 10 minutes per pound. Check internal temperature frequently and do not cook beyond an internal temperature of 140-150o). Set out for 10 minutes before slicing thin.
