Easy Pot Roast
“COULDN’T BE EASIER” BISON POT ROAST
3 - 4 pounds boneless bison roast (rump, round, chuck)
2 cups red wine or other marinade
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves of garlic
Place roast in crock pot and cover with wine and Worcestershire or other acid-containing marinade. Add garlic, pepper or other seasonings to taste. Set temperature to medium/high for about 4 hours or until fork tender.
